If you are trying to copy data into a scene and the copy loactions are all displaying as full absolute paths. Try makign sure that your scene file has been created correctly.

This error often happens when you manualy move scene dirs after they have been created though project manager. It is very commone if you are using a custom dir structure. Like say a seperate pak for just scene files or somthing.

Anyway… simply load up the scene file in an editor and fix or del the $EDITOR_PROJECT_ROOT_DIR$ line. It will be pointing to the wrong location.
